Regular and prompt consolidation of your customer data and categorizing them into manageable list will allow you to create effective customer outreach marketing strategies and build up on them.
Be methodical and believe me, it works!
If you have been in your business for years, you logically continue to make heavy marketing investment (both time and money) for acquiring more new customers. Ever wondered on ways your customer outreach strategy can reap far better ROI than ever before? It takes a little tweak frankly. It worked for me and here’s how.
I started compiling list of known clients, possible scenarios below, to re-engage with them.
(1) Clients with whom I had discussions but could not on-board them
(2) Clients I lost out to another competitor
(3) Clients who parted ways because they were not happy with our service
(4) Clients who discontinued using our service for some reason
My last 5 years statistics reveal 7-8% success in on-boarding them and surprisingly I was able to engage few clients from (2) & (3) scenarios above as well. Please note that above stats DO NOT include my obvious, best bet clients who signed off successfully and happy with our service but inactive now.
